What You Bring

Must-Have

- 1 2 years of hands-on LogicMonitor experience production, not just exposure
- 6+ years overall in infrastructure/application monitoring across platforms such as Datadog, ScienceLogic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, or New Relic
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Bash specifically for writing LM custom collectors and API-based automation
- Working knowledge of Azure and AWS infrastructure and their integration with LM monitoring
- Solid grasp of monitoring protocols: SNMP, WMI, REST APIs, JMX, log ingestion, NetFlow

Good Communication

- Comfortable translating technical monitoring requirements into LM configurations
- Able to articulate monitoring gaps, recommendations, and configurations clearly to delivery and operations teams
