About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Community Manager to drive member engagement, manage client relationships, and create a vibrant and collaborative community workplace. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with members, coordinating events, and ensuring a seamless experience at our studio.

- Coordinate with external vendors and independent event companies for successful event execution.
- Support client meetings, partnerships, and engagement initiatives that strengthen the ecosystem.
- Monitor feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall member experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for queries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

What We re Looking For:

- Ability to build meaningful relationships and manage external & internal stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to plan and execute community initiatives, events, and engagement activities.
- Experience in coordinating with vendors, partners, and external service providers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to foster a positive and engaging company s culture.
