Role & responsibilities

- Plan and perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities.
- Diagnosing faults and breakdowns in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to improve machine reliability.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support production goals.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and spare parts usage.
- Supervise and support technicians during major repairs, installations, and shutdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and government regulations.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including energy conservation and cost reduction projects.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and plant upgrades
