Job Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims with US payers.
- Resolve denials, rejections, underpayments, and unpaid claims.
- Handle appeals and ensure timely claim resolution.
- Review EOBs, payer portals, and AR aging reports.
- Meet productivity, quality, and collection targets.
Requirements
- 26 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
- Robust knowledge of Medical Billing, RCM, and Denial Management.
- Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and insurance guidelines.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Willing to work night shifts.
