- Source top talent for various positions within the organization through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (recruitment).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, offer management etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
