- Provide production support for DevOps applications on Unix platforms, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to application deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Develop scripts using SQL queries to automate tasks, monitor system performance, and optimize resource utilization.
- Analyze logs files, error messages, and other relevant data sources to diagnose complex technical issues.
Job Requirements :
- 5-9 years of experience in application support or similar role with expertise in DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of Unix operating systems and ability to work comfortably at the command line.
- Proficiency in writing effective SQL queries for querying large datasets.
