Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Senior Salesforce AI Developers with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Einstein, Apex, LWC, and AI/LLM integrations. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions with AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Platform Events.
- Develop and integrate AI-driven capabilities using Salesforce Einstein, including:
- Einstein Copilot
- Einstein GPT
- Prediction Builder
- Recommendation Builder

- Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI-powered Salesforce workflows.
- Integrate external AI/LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI using REST APIs.
- Develop Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and REST/SOAP integrations.




- Collaborate with Solution Architects to build scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing (85%+ coverage), and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Support deployments, data migration, and CI/CD processes using Copado, SFDX, and Git.
