Job Title: HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring)

Location: Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate closures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to meet recruitment targets.
- Visit vendor/client locations for sourcing drives and hiring activities whenever required.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.

Experience & Compensation

1 Year of Bulk Hiring/Recruitment Experience

- Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA





2 Years of Bulk Hiring/Recruitment Experience

- Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

Candidate Expectations

The ideal candidate should:

- Be flexible to travel to vendor/client locations for sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Be willing to work beyond regular office hours whenever business requirements demand.
- Be available to work on Saturdays if required to meet critical hiring deadlines or business needs. (The standard work schedule remains 5 days a week, with Saturday work applicable only when necessary.)
- Be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Be comfortable working under recruitment targets and deadlines.
