- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Issue materials to Production, Installation, Commissioning, Service, and Maintenance teams based on approved Material Requisition Notes (MRNs).
- Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward material movements.
- Monitor material consumption and maintain traceability.
