Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Female IT Recruiters with 27 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. This is a 100% Remote (Work From Home) opportunity for professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and have experience hiring across various IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage offer negotiations and follow up until successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures within defined TAT.

Required Skills

- 2–7 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP,



Salesforce, Testing, Embedded Systems, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet hiring targets.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in IT Staffing, Consulting, Product-Based, or IT Services recruitment is preferred.

Preferred

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
- Candidates with a stable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
