- Support field teams during complex troubleshooting activities.
- Configure and troubleshoot elevator controllers, VFDs, ARD systems, encoders, and safety circuits.
- Verify controller parameters and optimize elevator performance.
- Diagnose faults related to electrical wiring, communication systems, and safety devices.
- Update software and parameters where applicable.
