- Perform functional, regression, and system testing for Veeva CRM applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
- Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze test results.
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA through to closure.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions.
- Perform end-to-end testing of Veeva CRM enhancements, integrations, and production releases.
- Prepare test execution reports, quality metrics, and status updates.
