Job Title: O2C (Order to Cash) / Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated O2C / Accounts Receivable skilled with 3 to 6 years of experience in the Order-to-Cash process. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, Billing, and Customer Account Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations within the O2C cycle.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
- Perform cash application and payment allocation activities.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and disputes.
- Prepare and analyze AR aging reports and collection forecasts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, quality, and compliance requirements.




- Drive continuous process improvements and identify automation opportunities.
- Required Skills

- Robust understanding of O2C / Accounts Receivable processes.
- Hands-on experience in Collections, Cash Application, Billing, and Reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, HighRadius, or similar platforms.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), BBA, or any Finance-related degree.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant O2C / Accounts Receivable experience.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling global clients.
- Exposure to US/UK accounting processes.
- Knowledge of dispute management and credit control.
