Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technology Support Specialist – Selenium Automation with 3+ years of experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java and experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for web application testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Design and enhance automation frameworks such as Hybrid, Data-Driven, and BDD (TestNG/JUnit/Cucumber).
- Execute functional, regression, and smoke test suites.
- Automate web application testing across multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
- Handle dynamic web elements, waits, alerts, frames, and multiple browser windows.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Generate and analyze test execution reports using Extent Reports or Allure.
- Identify, log,



and track defects while collaborating with development teams.
- Maintain test data, automation scripts, and test environments.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Selenium Automation Testing.
- Strong programming skills in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber (BDD).
- Knowledge of Maven or Gradle build tools.
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
- Experience in writing XPath and CSS Selectors.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of API Automation using Rest Assured is a plus.
- Exposure to SQL and database validation.
- Solid analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
