Position Summary : Were looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Strategy team, partnering with fellow engineers and business leaders to design, build and maintain end-to-end solutions. Youll leverage React on the front end, Python on the back end, and SQL for data storage while harnessing groundbreaking technologies like AI—to power key strategic initiatives that streamline operations, empower employees and drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Develop: Architect responsive web applications with React; build robust back-end services and APIs in Python and/or .NET.
- Data Modeling & Optimization: Define database schemas, author efficient SQL queries, and tune performance for high-volume operations.
- Global Collaboration:



Work closely with product owners, UX designers and colleagues across multiple locations and time zones to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Quality & Best Practices: Champion clean code, comprehensive testing (unit/integration), code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor production systems, diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis and deliver timely fixes with minimal downtime.

Technical Requirements:

- Solid 8-12 years of experience building full-stack applications with React, Python, and/or .NET (C#).
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Postgres, or similar RDBMS; experience designing normalized schemas and tuning complex queries.
- DevOps & Tooling: Experience with Git, Docker and CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Distributed Team Experience: Proven ability to collaborate in cross-cultural, global teams; solid written and verbal communication in English.
- Analytical Mindset: Aptitude for translating complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Design & APIs: Solid grasp of Stateless, & RESTful design, microservices patterns and event- driven architectures.
