Key Responsibilities:

- Authorized to handle audits and closer of non-conformance.
- Authorized to work in the absence of activity in-charge responsible for on time invoice, stock transfer note, generation against sales order , stock transfer order, pop - mcm allocation.
- Coordination with company representative, transporter & dispatch officials.
- Ensure all system processes(inward/outward) are done on time,



with full efficiency & through system only.
- Ensure complete usage of WMS & TMS application within agreed timeline.
- Follow up/coordination for collection of PODs from transporters, dealers & sales.
- Maintain relevant documents of the process as required.
- Preparing daily, monthly MIS report and to send mail to the concern official on time.
- Processing & maintaining sales return as per SOP.
- Responsible for proper documentation (filing, record keeping, retrieval) for all inward & outward documents.
- Send monthly return regarding stock to statutory department and keep record.
- To ensure all communication are recorded through mail.

Requirements:

- Minimum Graduation
- Excel Knowledge.
- Transportation Knowledge
