- 15 to 18 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R)
- Strong people leadership and large team management
- Proven experience in managing large teams and global accounting operations
- Minimum 7+ years in a multi-national US based corporate workplace with regional accounting exposure
- Experience with Statutory, Tax, and other annual filings
- Experience with US GAAP and accounting requirements; SEC capability a plus
- Ready to work in multiple shift timings as required
Education:
- Bachelors or master’s degree in accounting/finance
- Partially Qualified or fully Qualified Professional qualification equivalent preferred
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in shared services / GBS / outsourcing environments
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
