Role & responsibilities

JYES Projects is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Engineer to lead and oversee residential and commercial construction projects in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, timely project delivery, and effective coordination across all stages of construction.

- Lead day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor manpower, material planning, and project progress.
- Review drawings, technical specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, site execution, and project coordination.
- Ability to independently manage multiple project activities.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, billing, and quality control will be an added advantage.
