- Prepare the steering related part SOR by understanding & ensure the process flow of CKD parts to meet all quality requirements.
- Conducting the technical feasibility review with supplier on localization planned parts & assessment the vendor.
- Resolving the technical open issue with Quality and R&D; related to localization parts and current projects parts.
- Preparing and submitting the localization-timing plan and co-ordinate with all relevant teams for implementation.
- Development of part at vendor and co-ordinate with internal team until sample approval.
- Validation of localization part like RM Approval, DV/PV Test and Customer Vehicle durability by co-ordinate and follow up with Vendor, Mando Internal & Customer
- Performing PCPA, Run at Rate, Internal & Customer audit by co-ordinate with Vendor, Mando Internal & Customer.
- Follow & Adhere APQP timeline with completion of Gate Review Signoff in the IPCS.




- Follow customer audit & approval as per the localization target to ensure the cost saving plan.
- Conduct the EPI meetings with internal teams & CKD monitoring and review every months
- Ensuring the supplier operational efficiency on the period of SOP +3 month [Quality & delivery] handover to PMT.
- Conduct periodic review of shaft upper localization with TFT team and deep thinking activity update with HOT
- Reporting to localization parts status on Weekly & Monthly basis to the management.
- Reporting to all customers separately for the localization plan in customer format and review done on monthly basis (or) whenever required by customer.
- Customer specific requirements are separately follow and report to customer like QCO, China De-risk etc.,
