Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Trainee to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent in BPO division. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, stakeholder management and candidate engagement.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn recruitment best practices, and a passion for talent acquisition and people management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

- Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and fitment.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Candidate Experience

- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules and status updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in managing offer rollouts and pre-joining engagement activities.

Recruitment Operations





- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Ensure candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment documentation are accurately maintained.
- Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics reports.

Employer Branding

- Support social media recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
- Assist in creating recruitment marketing content and talent engagement activities.

Process Improvement

- Learn and follow recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and hiring processes.
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate engagement.
- Support special TA projects and workforce planning initiatives as assigned.
- Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or social media platforms is preferred.
- Passion for recruitment and talent management.
