Job Summary - We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer / ETL Developer with expertise in PL/SQL, Python, Amazon Redshift, ETL tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, optimizing data warehouses, and ensuring high-quality data integration across multiple enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows for data ingestion and transformation.
- Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and performance tuning.
- Build scalable data processing solutions using Python.
- Design and optimize data warehouse solutions using Amazon Redshift.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to build secure and scalable data solutions.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and gap analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and optimize performance.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data models.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with PL/SQL development and SQL performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data engineering and automation.
- Experience working with Amazon Redshift or similar cloud data warehouse platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration.
- Experience with at least one ETL tool such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, AWS Glue, DataStage, Matillion, or Apache NiFi.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and star/snowflake schemas.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
