Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer with 5 - 8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within the NetSuite ERP ecosystem. The role requires strong technical expertise in SuiteScript and a solid understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy customizations using SuiteScript (1.0/2.0/2.1), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
- Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Customize NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, and Supply Chain
- Build and optimize saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity
- Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and release management
- Maintain documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations

Required Qualifications:

- 5 - 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in NetSuite development
- Strong hands-on experience in SuiteScript (2.x preferred)




- Experience with SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and third-party integrations
- Solid understanding of NetSuite data model and record types
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Must-Have Skills:

- SuiteScript Proficiency (2.x Mandatory): Ability to develop complex scripts (User Events, Client Scripts, Scheduled, Map/Reduce) with strong debugging capability.
- NetSuite Customization Expertise: Hands-on experience with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, custom records, forms, and workflows.
- Integration Capability: Proven experience in building and managing integrations using RESTlets, SuiteTalk, and external APIs.
- Functional Understanding of ERP Processes: Solid grasp of finance (GL, AP, AR), order management, and supply chain workflows.
- Data Handling & Reporting Skills: Expertise in saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, and performance optimization of large datasets.
- Problem Solving & Stakeholder Communication: Ability to independently troubleshoot issues and effectively interact with business stakeholders.
