Overview:

- An Automotive Technical Trainer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the skill set and knowledge base of automotive professionals, contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- Your key responsibility will be imparting in-depth knowledge of automotive systems, technologies, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques to automotive professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop training materials, modules, and curricula focused on various automotive technologies, diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in-person or virtually for automotive technicians and professionals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends, advancements in vehicle technology, and diagnostic tools to ensure the training content remains relevant.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance learning experiences, ensuring participants can apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
- Develop evaluation methods to assess participants' understanding and skill development. Provide constructive feedback to aid in their professional growth.
- Work closely with automotive manufacturers, dealerships,



and service centers to understand specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Offer guidance and support to trainees by addressing technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing resources for continuous learning.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendees, evaluations, and training materials for future reference and improvement purposes.
- Ensure training programs comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulations.

Requirements:

Qualification:
