We are looking for a dedicated NISM Exam Coordinator to manage our NISM Examination Centre and ensure smooth execution of online examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct NISM online examinations.
- Verify candidate identity and required documents.
- Ensure compliance with NISM examination guidelines.
- Prepare examination systems before each session.
- Coordinate with NISM technical support whenever required.
- Handle exam scheduling and candidate registrations.
- Monitor examination hall during exams.
- Maintain attendance and examination records.
- Ensure systems, internet, UPS and CCTV are functioning properly.
- Guide candidates regarding examination procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly examination reports.
- Coordinate with the Center Head for operational requirements.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers may apply.
- Experience in examination coordination is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
