Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and automated testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- BDD Framework Implementation: Utilize Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks such as Cucumber, Behave to enhance test automation.
- Quality Assurance Leadership: Provide technical guidance on best practices for testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to verify software and hardware functionality.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide recommendations for product improvements.
- Work closely with development, product management, and QA teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues in various environments.
- Continuously explore recent testing tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance testing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing,



quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in testing tools, scripting languages (Python, bash, etc.), and automation frameworks.
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Xray for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Strong expertise in Linux administration, system troubleshooting, rpm package management tools (dnf, yum etc).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desired but not mandatory.
- Ability to fluidly change context and priorities based on business needs.
