- To analyze, design, and build on the existing ISS applications as part of business requirements

- To understand core business concepts to make necessary decisions.

- Performing unit testing for code changes and providing support to QA team for end to end testing.

- Provide solutions to problems and work on bug fixes.

- Responsible for team decisions and providing suggestions whenever possible.

- Engage across multiple teams as part of daily work.

- Adhere to agile methodologies and participate in daily Scrum meetings





- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Learning and adapting new technologies related to Gen AI.

- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
