Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and highly influential Senior Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to lead large-scale enterprise application delivery and enhancement initiatives across a complex global technology landscape. This role will be responsible for prioritization, governance, delivery tracking, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership for multiple cross-functional teams supporting business-critical systems.

The successful candidate will manage Agile delivery across a portfolio that includes SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms, Web Applications, Customs Applications, Infrastructure Services, and Data & Analytics solutions. The role will oversee both Scrum-based project teams and a large enhancement and support organization comprising 30+ functional consultants, technical resources, business analysts, and architects.

The ideal candidate possesses strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to challenge scope, reject non-prioritized requests, and drive focus on strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery Leadership

- Lead and facilitate Agile delivery processes across multiple concurrent programs and enhancement initiatives.
- Act as the primary Scrum Master for large, complex, and distributed global teams.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices while balancing enterprise governance requirements.
- Identify, track, escalate, and remove delivery impediments.

Portfolio Prioritization & Demand Management





- Own prioritization of project and enhancement backlogs across multiple business functions and technology platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and leadership teams to align priorities with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate incoming requests and enforce governance processes to prevent unauthorized scope expansion.
- Exercise strong decision-making authority to reject, defer, or re-prioritize requests that do not align with approved business priorities.

Program Tracking & Governance

- Establish and maintain comprehensive delivery governance frameworks.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, resource utilization, and budget impacts.
- Ensure timely identification and escalation of issues affecting commitments.
- Drive accountability across teams to achieve delivery commitments and service levels.

Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management

- Prepare and present executive-level dashboards, status reports, and program updates for CXO leadership.
- Provide concise business-focused reporting on:
- Portfolio health
- Delivery status
- Risks and mitigations
- Resource capacity
- Financial impacts
- Key performance indicators

- Facilitate governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive decision forums.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology leadership teams.

Team Leadership

- Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse global team of:
- Functional Consultants
- Technical Consultants
- Business Analysts
- Architects
- Infrastructure Specialists
- Development Teams

- Coordinate delivery across more than 30 team members spanning multiple technologies and geographies.
- Mentor Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and delivery team members on Agile best practices.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Delivery Oversight

Manage and coordinate initiatives spanning:

Global Support Coordination





- Support business stakeholders across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
- Coordinate globally distributed teams and ensure effective communication across time zones.
- Facilitate incident prioritization, production support governance, and enhancement planning.
- Drive service excellence for business-critical applications.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT delivery, program management, or Agile leadership experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master leading enterprise-scale Agile programs.
- Proven experience managing large cross-functional teams of 30+ resources.
- Robust experience supporting enterprise platforms including:
- SAP
- Oracle
- CRM Solutions
- Web Applications
- Infrastructure Technologies
- Data & Analytics Platforms

- Experience working with global stakeholders across Asia, Europe, and Americas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating and presenting executive dashboards and CXO-level reports.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Program Consultant.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Experience in large enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, and portfolio management tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL and operational support governance.
