Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Execute day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
- Coordinate and monitor manufacturing activities at both in-house and third-party manufacturing facilities.
- Plan, track, and ensure timely availability of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) for production.
- Perform incoming quality checks for RM & PM before production.
- Conduct in-process and final quality verification of Finished Goods (FG) before release to the Warehouse or Sales team.
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), log books, production registers, and other GMP documentation.
- Coordinate with QC, Stores, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Track production output, material consumption, wastage, and yield.
- Follow up with third-party manufacturers for production status, dispatches, documentation, and quality compliance.
- Assist in process improvements, inventory reconciliation, and production planning activities.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.
