Responsible for checking quality of wooden doors, frames and modular units (kitchen, wardrobes) in factory and at site, and ensuring they meet company standards and client requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Inspect wooden doors at all stages material, machining, finishing and packing.
- Check modular units for alignment, fitting and hardware operation.
- Approve or reject materials and finished products based on quality standards.
- Verify installation and performance of hinges, locks, closers, handles, multipoint systems, sliding tracks, and soft-close mechanisms.
- Record defects, share reports with the production team, and follow up for correction.
- Visit sites to check installation quality and give final quality clearance.
Required Profile
- 10+ years in quality control for wooden doors/furniture.
- Good knowledge of wood, hardware, finishes and modular systems.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage a QC team.
