Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist SAP TM & MM to join our SAP Supply Chain team as a Technical Product Owner. The role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and continuously improving SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Material Management (MM) solutions supporting manufacturing operations and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA TM and MM, logistics processes, transportation planning, freight management, procurement, inventory management, and integration with SAP modules including SD, EWM, and FI/CO.

Key Responsibilities

SAP TM & MM Solution Design and Configuration

- Configure and maintain SAP TM functionalities including:
- Transportation planning
- Freight order management
- Carrier selection
- Freight settlement

- Configure and support SAP MM processes including:

- Procurement
- Purchase orders
- Inventory management
- Goods movements

- Design solutions aligned with business requirements and supply chain objectives.

Integration & Process Optimization

- Ensure seamless integration between:
- SAP TM
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP EWM
- SAP FI/CO

- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, finance, and manufacturing teams.
- Optimize transportation and material management processes for efficiency and cost reduction.

Product Ownership & Backlog Management

- Manage and prioritize SAP TM and MM product backlogs.
- Work with stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
- Prioritize enhancements, improvements, and defect fixes based on business impact.




- Support Agile delivery processes and sprint activities.

Implementation & Project Delivery

- Lead SAP TM/MM rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements and create functional specifications.
- Coordinate with developers, testers, and business teams for successful delivery.
- Support configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.

Testing & Support

- Develop test plans and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate SAP TM/MM solutions against business requirements.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Stakeholder Management & Training

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and roadmap.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for end users and stakeholders.
- Support adoption of SAP TM/MM solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
- SAP Certified Application Associate Transportation Management in SAP S/4HANA preferred.
- SAP MM certification is preferred.
- Robust experience with SAP S/4HANA supply chain solutions.
- Experience delivering SAP ERP implementations from requirement gathering through go-live.
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation management, and procurement processes.
- Experience working with ABAP developers for custom developments and integrations.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
