We are looking for a skilled and proactive Vending Machine Technician (Technoman) to join the CIPL network team. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of vending machines across assigned locations. The role requires solid technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently while ensuring minimal machine downtime and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of vending machines to ensure smooth operations and avoid technical failures
. • Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in vending machines.
• Conduct repair and replacement of faulty machine components and ensure timely restoration of machine functionality.
• Provide technical support to customers and field staff through on-site visits or telephonic assistance
. • Ensure all vending machines comply with company safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and spare parts utilized in the maintenance tracking system. • Assist in the installation, commissioning,
and upgrading of vending machines.
• Train operators or newly joined technicians on machine operations and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with the operations and management teams to provide regular updates and report recurring issues or improvement opportunities.
• Respond promptly during emergency breakdowns and provide on-call support when required. Requirements Educational Qualification
• ITI in Electrical/Electronics or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a vending machine technician or in a similar technical maintenance role.
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, and mechanical components.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing technical equipment.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for maintenance and repair activities.
