Roles and Responsibilities

- Assign accurate medical codes using ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II codes based on patient diagnoses and procedures.

- Review medical records, radiology reports, and pathology results to ensure complete and accurate coding.

- Identify and report all relevant diagnoses and procedures according to established guidelines.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any discrepancies or questions related to coding.

- Note :- Only shortlisted candidates with invitation mail will be Allowed inside
