- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct project status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics analysis.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Lead or similar role in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with project management tools, software, and technologies is an added advantage.
