- 5 years on ServiceNow platform, 5+ years in ITOM modules.
- Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB design.
- Robust understanding of infrastructure and application dependencies.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM preferred.
Key Responsibilities*
- Own the overall design and architecture of the ServiceNow ITOM solution, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
- Lead assessment and design workshops for ITOM implementation.
- Define architecture for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB.
- Create high level and detailed design documents for integrations and dashboards.
- Provide technical governance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
