We are looking for an experienced SAP Developer with solid expertise in ABAP and SAP UI5 development. The role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting high-quality SAP solutions while collaborating closely with functional and technical teams across Belgium and India.

In addition to strong technical capabilities, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain SAP solutions using core SAP ABAP.
- Develop and enhance applications using SAP UI5, Fiori, Gateway, and OData technologies.
- Build integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
- Work on SAP S/4HANA developments, including performance optimization and clean-core aligned solutions.
- Develop CDS Views in SAP HANA.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical specifications and documentation.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to SAP best practices.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and defects proactively.
- Support testing activities and solution validation.
- Participate in peer reviews, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to development standards, tools, and process enhancements.

Collaboration & Communication

- Collaborate actively with teams and stakeholders in Belgium and India.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and technical discussions.




- Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions effectively.
- Contribute positively to a multicultural and collaborative work environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong experience in SAP UI5, Fiori, Gateway, and OData technologies.
- Experience in developing CDS Views in HANA.
- Development experience using CPI.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA development concepts.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and modern development practices is an advantage.
- Experience in technical solution design is preferred.
