Role & responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS).
- Analyze HR business processes and recommend SAP HCM solutions to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Design, develop, and support Workday interfaces and integrations with SAP HCM.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and smooth operation of SAP HCM solutions.
- Configure and support employee lifecycle processes, including employee hiring, terminations, and payroll-related activities.
- Manage and support integration points between SAP HCM and other SAP modules, including FI/CO, Project Systems (PS), and CATS.
- Develop, maintain, and update system configuration documents, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting,
and user training to ensure effective adoption and utilization of SAP HCM functionalities.
Preferred candidate profile
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
- Solid expertise in SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, TM, and CATS.
- Proven experience with Workday interfaces and SAP HCMWorkday integrations.
- Solid understanding of SAP HCM integration with FI/CO, Project Systems (PS), and other enterprise applications.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, termination, and payroll.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP HCM solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, cross-functional environment.
