- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools is an added advantage.
