Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates until onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sourcing and screening abilities.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.




- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Any Graduate (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Prior recruitment experience is an added advantage.
