We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SAP Delivery Manager to lead and scale SAP delivery capabilities within our Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.

This role is ideal for a hands-on SAP leader with strong implementation expertise, deep SAP ecosystem knowledge, and proven experience in building and managing high-performing offshore delivery teams across Build & Run services.

As an SAP Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end SAP delivery execution, operational excellence, capability building, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with global teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution Leadership

- Own end-to-end SAP delivery across Build and Run portfolios from offshore locations.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, quality standards, and cost objectives.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver SAP implementation programs, rollouts, and transformation initiatives (Greenfield, Brownfield, and carve-out projects).
- Govern SAP AMS/Run services, including incident, problem, change, and enhancement management.
- Establish delivery governance models, KPIs, SLAs, and operational best practices.

SAP Domain & Technical Leadership (Hands-On)

- Provide strong hands-on SAP functional and/or technical leadership.
- Guide teams on SAP solutioning, architecture, design, and operational excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor for complex SAP issues, risk mitigation, and solution decisions.
- Drive SAP best practices, clean core principles, and SAP recommended architectures, including SAP S/4HANA.
- Stay updated on SAP roadmap, innovations, and emerging technologies.

GCC & Offshore Capability Building

- Build and scale SAP delivery teams within the offshore GCC setup.
- Establish SAP craftsmanship through competency frameworks, skill matrices, and learning programs.
- Hire, mentor, coach, and retain high-performing SAP professionals across functional,



technical, and integration domains.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with global business leaders, IT stakeholders, and onshore teams.
- Act as the primary escalation point for SAP delivery risks and issues.
- Communicate delivery performance, project status, KPIs, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
- Ensure strong synergy and collaboration between teams across India and Belgium.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

- Drive operational excellence, automation, and process standardization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for delivery optimization, cost efficiency, and quality improvement.
- Support transitions of SAP services from onshore teams or third-party vendors into the GCC.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement change management practices effectively.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of SAP experience.
- At least 5+ years in SAP Delivery Manager / Delivery Lead roles.
- Robust hands-on SAP functional or technical background with implementation experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementations and AMS (Build & Run) services.
- Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Experience building and scaling offshore SAP delivery teams in GCC or global delivery environments.
- Strong knowledge of delivery governance, resource management, financial management, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with global clients and cross-cultural teams across multiple geographies.
