Key Responsibilities

The Consultant is expected to ensure project implementations align with client business goals, driving project success and sustainability while executing the following responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Support in managing stakeholder relationships by providing updates on project progress.
- Support in addressing client queries and minor issues to ensure smooth communication.
- Support in monitoring project deliverables to meet client standards and maintain satisfaction.
- Help gather client feedback and contribute to improving service delivery.

2. Project Planning and Execution:

- Support the development of project plans, including setting up timelines and identifying key milestones.
- Assist in tracking project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Help identify potential issues and risks, escalating them to senior team members as necessary.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate tracking of project progress.

3. Financial Management:

- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
- Help manage vendor invoices and contracts, ensuring timely payments and compliance.
- Support in preparing basic financial reports and updates for review by senior team members.

4. Communication and Reporting:

- Prepare and distribute weekly status reports, highlighting key updates and any issues.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Communicate project updates to the team, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.

5. Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:

- Participate in team training sessions and workshops to enhance personal and team skills.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement within project processes and suggest enhancements.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

6. Organization Development:

- Mentorship and Guidance:

- Provide mentorship and guidance to the entry professionals, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.

- Growth and Development of Project/ Regional teams:

- Participate in the hiring process to identify top talent for the projects in the region per the need.

- Support HR team in performance documentation of project team members.

- Contribution to the COE (Center of Excellence)

- Contribute to the development of COE with relevant deliverables and assets.

- Operational Excellence:

- Maintenance of Salesforce Certifications.

- Required to travel for key project milestones.

- Maintain utilization goals.

What you bring:

- 5-8 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or IT consulting supporting large-scale client delivery programs.
- Proficient in understanding the platform, including its architecture, data model, features, and capabilities.
- Competent in developing a comprehensive project plan and milestones.
- Competent in managing stakeholder relationships, providing regular project updates, and resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring explicit communication and understanding of client needs.
- Competent in allocating resources, managing vendor contracts, and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders and mitigating any financial risk.
- Proficient in using project management tools like MS Project Plan, BEANS, MS Office Timelines.
- Proficiency in maintaining key relationships with clients and building new relationships.
- Excellent collaboration and risk management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional globally distributed teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills with a user centric approach to problem solving.
- PMP certification/Master or diploma in Project Management is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree and above is desirable.
