What youll do
- Automation Toil Reduction: Build complex, multi-stage workflows and automate SDLC steps using AI tools.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaaC): Lead Azure provisioning in IaaC mode and govern both local and cloud environments.
- Observability: Design and implement comprehensive frameworks that provide actionable insights into infrastructure health and application performance.
- AI Integration: Proactively explore and integrate agentic AI into engineering workflows to optimize delivery.
- Centralized Solutions:
Identify recurring manual tasks across different teams and build centralized solutions to solve them once for the entire organization.
Who you are
- You have 5 7+ years of experience in similar infrastructure or DevOps roles.
- You possess advanced expertise in CI/CD tooling and the organizations core full-stack technologies.
- You are a systematic problem solver capable of resolving issues that span multiple layers of technology.
- You balance delivery speed with long-term maintainability, ensuring all infrastructure is production-ready, secure, and scalable.
