Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant specializing in Material Management (MM) and Quality Management (QM) to join our GROW with SAP implementation team. In this role, you will design, configure, and deploy standard, cloud-based procurement, inventory, and quality inspection processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation using SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Implementation: Lead the end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (GROW with SAP) MM and QM modules.
- Fit-to-Standard: Conduct scoping workshops to align business processes with SAP standard best practices.
- Configuration: Set up organizational structures, purchasing groups, material valuation, and inventory management rules.
- QM Setup: Configure quality inspection plans, notification workflows, and certificate processing.
- Data Migration: Oversee the extraction, cleansing, and loading of master data (materials, vendors, inspection plans).
- Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between MM/QM and Finance (FI), Sales (SD), and Production (PP).




- Testing & Support: Create test scripts, execute integration testing, and deliver post-go-live user support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 56 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and QM modules.
- S/4HANA Cloud: Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private edition) and the GROW with SAP framework.
- Procurement: Deep knowledge of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, inventory management, and invoice verification.
- Quality Assurance: Robust understanding of incoming inspections, in-process quality checks, and non-conformance management.
- Methodology: Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile deployment practices.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (MM/QM) is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for extensions
