Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in handling international customers, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- C1 level English communication proficiency is mandatory.
- Robust customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
