- Provide comprehensive paralegal support to US-based attorneys across different time zones
- Draft, review, and edit immigration / corporate legal
- Conduct due diligence research, compiling and organizing relevant documents
- Prepare and file corporate records with appropriate US regulatory authorities
- Maintain corporate record books and minute books for multiple client entities
- Create and manage virtual data rooms for corporate transactions
- Prepare closing binders and transaction documentation
- Research U.S. Family/Corporate/Real Estate/immigration / Wills and Trust and Litigation law issues and prepare legal memoranda;
- Track compliance deadlines and assist with annual filings
- Coordinate with local US agents and government offices for document filing and retrieval
- Support attorneys in preparing client presentations and legal analysis
- Organize and participate in video conferences with US clients and team members
- Format and proofread legal documents according to US legal conventions and firm standards
- Maintain organized digital files following US document retention policies
- Communicating with Clients in US and IndiaRole & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
1. Must be a Business/Commerce/ Law Graduate (Bachelors or Masters) from a recognized university;
2. Must possess qualified fluency in English, both written and verbal;
3. Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills;
4. Must possess necessary research and analytical skills;
5. Must possess interpretative and legal drafting skills;
