Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced NICE CXone Developer with strong expertise in IVR development and scripting using NICE CXone. The ideal candidate should also have experience working with REST APIs and exposure to digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain IVR solutions using NICE CXone scripting.
- Integrate and consume REST APIs for contact center workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- (Good to have) Hands-on experience with digital channels such as NICE DFO Chat.
- Troubleshoot and optimize NICE CXone applications for performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in NICE CXone scripting and IVR development.
- Proficiency in working with REST APIs for integrations.
- Positive understanding of contact center technologies and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NICE DFO Chat or other digital engagement channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
