Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Framework Developer with 810 years of experience in Java-based automation framework development. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and automation framework architecture. This role requires hands-on experience in designing scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks while leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams. Exposure to Python, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Jenkins is highly desirable.

Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks using Java.
- Lead the architecture and design of automation solutions aligned with project and organizational standards.
- Apply advanced Java programming concepts, including OOP, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and Design Patterns.
- Develop efficient algorithms and optimize automation code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and define technical solutions.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and conduct technical design reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and automation engineers on Java best practices, framework design, and software engineering principles.




- Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins to enable continuous testing and deployment.
- Utilize Git for source code management, branching strategies, version control, and collaborative development.
- Contribute to scripting and automation activities using Python where required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to automation frameworks and test execution.
- Continuously improve automation processes by evaluating current tools, frameworks, and engineering best practices.
- Work closely with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into the software delivery lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

- Senior ( 5-6 Years) & Lead 8-10 years of experience in Java application development and automation framework development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
- Experience in designing and architecting enterprise-grade automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Exposure to Python scripting for automation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
