- Senior manager who will be responsible for effectiveselection, installation, configuration, operation, and automation of systems hardware, softwareand related infrastructure.
- This individual will participatein testing and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.

- Manager will work both independently and in a team setting to ensure that system,network hardware, operating systems, applications, and related procedures result in a reliableand secure service.
- Responsibilities
- -Design, implement and support Linux &Windows; environments.
- -Responsible for uptime, performance, reliability, scalability, security and high availability of SAAS environments in India, Europe and USA




- -Work on 24x7 with different teams to support production and nonproduction infrastructure using tools like Nagios
- -Complete backup management and DR readiness using tools and active monitoring
- -Support databases & DBA team on backups and provisioning
- -Provide support of Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and other web servers.
- -Support deployment, gate change management, and perform root cause analysis forservice interruption issues.
- -Document technical requirements and processes.
- -Directly supervises assigned team members.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization-s policies.
- - Responsibilities include training team members; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
