We are looking for candidates to join our Global Analytics and Research (Human Capital) team for the Sr. Specialist/Lead Specialist/Manager role.

Desired candidate profile:

- We are looking for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience
- Candidates should have a degree in statistics, economics, statistics-heavy social sciences, or a related quantitative field (PhD and Master’s degree preferred)
- Candidates should have experience in an analytical or research role, applying quantitative methods to real-world business or academic questions
- Candidates should have a robust foundation in inferential statistics and research design, including experience with methods such as regression, hypothesis testing, Bayesian statistics, and experimental or observational study design
- Candidates should have proficiency in Python for data analysis and statistical modeling, along with solid Excel skills
- Reporting to the Manager.
- Will be IC role.
