Job Responsibilities:

This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:

- City and Market Research City and Market Research: Preparing & Finalizing city strategy based on the analysis of catchment demographics, present & upcoming developments, city master plan, hi-street locations, competition, and general retail and wholesale market in given regions.
- Handling complete site acquisition activities involving: Legal, Projects, and Planning Team.
- Site Identification keeping in mind future prospects and market research.
- Prepared various acquisition formats and proactive approach for wholesale and retail businesses.
- Obtaining proposals from different sources.
- Negotiation with land owners and brokers.
- Lead the team in conducting negotiations (Commercial and Document) and engage with property owners on a consistent basis through the life cycle of the transaction
- Liaising with legal team for legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing & acquiring.




- Coordination with projects and operations team internally till store launch.
- Also established a robust network with local real estate consultants on various assignments across given regions.
- Identifying mega format development for cash & carry wholesale stores and compact hyper market stores, opportunities in cities and tier II towns along with economical activities.
- Recommending the format for development along with market assessment and preparing the entire business plan with financial modules, strategy of project implementation, liasoning with internal and external team of project teams
- Co-ordinating with developer design team and govt bodies, preparing market mapping, real estate market survey trips, legal due diligence, zonal due diligence.
- As a senior member, provide coaching and mentoring of the team, using negotiations principles based on in-depth knowledge of retail real estate market.
