- Minimum 4+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Medical & Commercial business processes within the Life Sciences domain.
- Handson experience with complex Vault configuration and maintenance activities.
- Experience implementing OOTB Vault PromoMats and MedComms features.
- Experience writing VQL queries and working with Vault Loader.
- Understanding of Veeva Vault APIs.
- Positive understanding of MDL and Configuration migration best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and optimize Vault.
Nice to Have
- Veeva PromoMats or MedComms certification (optional)
- Experience with release management, sandbox refresh processes, and Vault upgrade planning
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and collaboration tools
